HomeOps

Terms of Use

Effective: 13 September 2026

1. Personal-use software

HomeOps is experimental software operated for the project owner's private household use. It is not a commercial service and no public account creation or general access is offered.

2. Human responsibility

HomeOps may extract incomplete or incorrect information from messages and documents. The owner remains responsible for reviewing proposals, deadlines, calendar changes, and any action taken in the real world.

3. No professional advice

HomeOps does not provide legal, medical, financial, tax, or other professional advice. Its summaries are operational prompts, not authoritative decisions.

4. Availability

The software depends on the owner's computer and third-party services and may be unavailable, delayed, or interrupted. The owner must not rely on HomeOps as the sole record of a critical deadline or emergency.

5. Access

Use is limited to the project owner and accounts the owner has explicitly approved. Authorization may be revoked at any time.

6. Privacy

Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated as HomeOps changes. The effective date above shows the current published version.
